Mums and Babies Pilates - Tuesday 10.40 - 11.40am
Taught by Michelle from in Balance Pilates, this class is suitable for mums to be as well as mums with babies. All the exercises are specifically tailored for those in the class and include strengthening your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. This class also looks at breathing to help you feel more comfortable now and to relax you in labour as much as possible.
