Join Lou for a new type of exercise class. Fitsteps is a unique dance fitness class created by 'Strictly Come Dancing' dance stars Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite, using a combination of Latin and Ballroom dances. Dance Cha Cha, Rumba, Salsa, Jive, Quick-step, Waltz, Paso Doble, Samba & Tango! Suitable for all ages and abilities, no dance partner needed. Sessions are £4.50.
